A twist on tradition - watch as vibrant colors transform the dish! The popular dish has been adapted by the street vendor by adding bright colourings to the rich, sticky rice to resemble a rainbow.

The main ingredients are ripe mangos, sticky rice, coconut milk, and palm sugar. It is simply prepared by steaming the sticky rice and warming the coconut milk with salt and sugar before putting the sliced mango on the plate. The Shor Sornkaew shop is open from 6 AM to 8 PM every day.
